Liverpool Women travel to face Manchester City in a Friday night Women's Super League fixture on 18 September. Kick-off at the Joie Stadium is set for 19:00 UK time, with the match broadcast live on Sky Sports +.
Manager Andrée Jeglertz's side, currently third in the table with four points from two games, face the only team with a perfect record. Manchester City top the standings with two wins from two, holding a two-point lead over Chelsea. Liverpool are unbeaten in their last two outings, drawing 1-1 with Tottenham Hotspur last time out after a 4-0 win over Charlton Athletic.
The Reds have proven a difficult side to break down this season, conceding just one goal while scoring five. The squad will look to build on their solid defensive start when they meet the league leaders in Manchester this Friday.
