Liverpool FC Women have announced their latest signing ahead of the summer transfer window, with the addition of forward Vivien Endemann from VfL Wolfsburg. The move is set to take effect on July 1, marking an exciting new chapter for both the player and the club as they prepare for upcoming competitions.
Endemann, a 24-year-old German international, has been with Wolfsburg for three seasons, during which she has made a significant impact in both domestic and international football. Her goals tally for Wolfsburg currently stands at over thirty, many of which were scored in the Women’s Champions League. This performance earned her a bronze medal at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
Her journey to Wolfsburg was preceded by two years with SGS Essen and earlier stints with TV Jahn Delmenhorst and SV Meppen, where she played a crucial role in helping SV Meppen secure promotion to the Frauen-Bundesliga in 2019-20. This experience has equipped her well for the challenges ahead at Liverpool.
‘We are delighted to welcome Vivien to the club,’ said Liverpool FC Women’s head coach. ‘Her goalscoring ability and international pedigree will be a valuable asset as we look to continue our success both domestically and in European competitions.’
With her extensive experience and proven goal-scoring record, Endemann is expected to make an immediate impact for the Reds, adding depth to their forward line and enhancing their attacking options.
